Khalifa Digital Security provides automated, external website security monitoring and assessment services. The Service evaluates publicly accessible security signals associated with domains or websites submitted by users.
In addition to automated scanning and monitoring, Khalifa Digital Security may offer professional services including but not limited to: vulnerability remediation, secure web development and design, penetration testing, PCI compliance readiness preparation, email protection auditing, security awareness training, privacy and compliance review, and security consulting (collectively, "Professional Services"). Professional Services are provided on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to separate agreements.
Automated scanning performed by the Service does not include internal security testing, exploitation, denial-of-service testing, or unauthorized penetration testing. Authorized penetration testing is available only as a Professional Service, conducted with explicit written consent from the asset owner.
2. User Authorization and Responsibility
You may only submit domains, websites, or systems that you own or have explicit authorization to assess.
By submitting a target, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to request security assessments for that target.
You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from submitting unauthorized targets.
3. Nature and Limitations of Assessments
All assessments performed by the Service are:
- External and non-intrusive
- Automated and best-effort
- Informational in nature
- Not exhaustive or guaranteed to identify all risks
The Service does not guarantee the detection of all vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, or security issues.
4. No Guarantee of Security
Neither the automated Service nor any Professional Services provided by Khalifa Digital Security guarantee that your systems, websites, or data are or will remain secure. Security is an ongoing process, and no assessment — automated or manual — can identify every possible vulnerability.
Information and recommendations provided through the Service or Professional Services are for informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional security certification.
You are solely responsible for evaluating findings, implementing recommendations, and maintaining the security of your own systems. Khalifa Digital Security is not liable for any security breach, data loss, or unauthorized access that occurs before, during, or after your use of the Service or Professional Services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Scanning targets without authorization
- Attempting to bypass rate limits or safeguards
- Reverse engineering the Service
- Using results to harm third parties
6. Professional Services
Professional Services such as penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, consulting, and training are delivered as-is and to the best of our ability. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your infrastructure, third-party services, and the evolving threat landscape.
Professional Services are advisory in nature. Implementation of any recommendations remains your responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or continuity.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party tools or data sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or behavior of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khalifa Digital Security shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or Professional Services, including but not limited to:
- Security breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access to your systems
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Failure to detect specific vulnerabilities or threats
- Actions taken or not taken based on scan results or recommendations
- Downtime or disruption to your services
Use of the Service and any Professional Services is at your own risk. You acknowledge that no security measure, assessment, or remediation can guarantee absolute protection against all threats.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khalifa Digital Security from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
